					Got four bids from local roofers. After penciling out all four, Jay's was the highest (read on). Jay's bid included everything as the others low-balled the bid and then added the "weasel" clauses - addons for sheathing, metal vents and 50 year warranty. Jay's bid spelled out everything using Certainteed 50 year roofing, metal vents, fascia repair, etc. Other bids were for IKON brand roofing with a 20 year warranty (addon for a 50 year warranty). Jay's honesty, integrity, thoroughness and professionalism won the bid. His excellent crew completed the 40 square job in two days and though he had supplier problems he made sure the job was done right.
